"For most of my life, I have been the one BEHIND the camera...didn't like reminders of what I looked like! Now, I have a lot of pictures of me kayaking. I began kayaking in September 2009, and it really was the beginning of me realizing how overweight and unhealthy I was. I wanted to lose weight so I could enjoy kayaking more, so I kept kayaking and began my first detox November 2011 and lost approximately 40 pounds over the next year; however, my main accomplishment was that I was healthier and now able to kayak almost every weekend in 2012, and accomplished a week-long camping/kayaking trip on the Missouri River ~ 156 miles in 7 days."  --Maryellen Self

"I'm doing this because I wanted to get healthy and be the BEST mom, friend, daughter, sister, I could be!! I'm so glad I stated 30days2fit 11 months ago... I'm down 107 pounds!!
Thank you all for the love & support you've given me!!" --Melissa Williams

"I was your classic fast, fake, cheap food consumer, if I could add water and microwave it, I was good. My veggies came from the lettuce on my burgers. It didn't help that I was in the Air Force, constantly yo-yo dieting and hurting my body from not continuously exercising. I tried every diet known to man, pills, and no carbs to chalky shakes. Well, towards the last months of my enlistment I got sick and when I say sick I mean, my blood tests came back all super high and in the red. I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism, type 2 diabetes, fatty liver disease, high cholesterol, active mono, fibromyalgia. I was so tired of being sick and tired. I saw Robin's message about 30 days to fit, I thought, why not, I've got nothing to lose. Well, the second day, my stomach felt less bloated and the shakes were divine, I knew I could do this. Well, long story short in less than 60 days, I went from 11 pills to 3. I no longer have fatty liver disease, type 2 diabetes, HBP, and I dropped 101 points off my cholesterol, from 250 to 149. I lost over 26" and I have more energy and I can play with my kids, and truly enjoy my retirement...30days2fit has literally saved my life, I can't say enough about it. It truly is a life changer."-- April Shake

"I know I still have a ways to go, but I've decided to continue on my journey and use the Melissa Williams method! I am looking forward to what 2013 brings...hopefully, even healthier and realization of my, if I could just get the hip bursitis and osteoarthritis to quit plaguing me so I can exercise when I'm out of the water as well!!"

"Awesome 30 days! I lost 9 pounds even and 11.5 total inches!!! My husband lost 14 pounds and 17 inches total. So proud of ourselves and we will take a day or two off and then start back on it! Thanks Dawn Bamberg for all the love and support!! When is the next group starting, i want to lose 20 more!" --Darby Baird

"18 pounds gone! Who said 65 is too late to change? Dinner is my biggest challenge. It's a work in progress. No snack food in the house except fruit and almonds. Passed up chocolate chip cookies, a sandwich, and peanut butter pie (eating with friends at art class) but I was really very happy with my shake and almonds and success!" --Mimi Brown

"WOW I got pants on that I couldn't wear 1 month ago!!!" --Lauren Pepitone

"I DID IT! I FINALLY GOT UNDER 200#'S! 199.4 WHAT A WAY TO END MY FIRST 30 DAYS TO FIT! ON January 1st, I topped out at 219 and placed my order with Dawn Bamberg. Life changing!" -- Kristina  Hardy

"‎30 day totals: lost 6.5 pounds and 5 inches, and I feel great!   I feel great because I am sleeping better and am therefore less groggy during the day. My digestive problems and frequency and strength of my headaches have diminished greatly. I feel lighter and have more energy."  --Kristen Gervais

"Well i have had a few bumps in the road, even on the bummpy days i get my shake and 2 fizz sticks in and i still notice the difference and i decided to measure today and lost a total of 12.5 inches I plan on continuing i feel great!!!!" --Lisa  Carrico

"30 days 2 fit has been great for me!! I plan to make it a new way of life!! During the past 4 weeks I have lost 7 lbs & 13.5 inches (11.5in in my core)! I am very pleased with the results so far! Thank you everyone, for your support, your recipes, & your inspiration!! Especially Kelly Duttlinger For introducing me to my new way of life!! Health & exercise!!" --Peg Shinnick

"Just finished my first 30 days 2 fit! Love it.... I've lost 7 lbs, 1 1/2 inches in waist, down one size! Start every day with fizz stick (healthy energy drinks full of vitamins and antioxidants). Breakfast is vanilla protein shake with berries.... lunch is chocolate protein shake with almond butter. It's like have dessert all day! But the best part is how I feel. Haven't had coffee in a month and don't even miss it - always full of energy. No sugar/carb cravings. Never go hungry - and totally changing eating habits to gluten-free, dairy-free, organic, and soy-free. This is amazing! Thank You 30days2fit for your great nutritional products." -- Tina Allen

"After 4 weeks of 30days2fit, 12 ½ inches and 9 pounds gone! I experienced sugar detox the first week with headaches and sluggishness, but since then have been feeling better than I have in years!!! I have so much energy and I can even see a difference in my skin! I made the decision to go with the 80/20 after my initial 30 days, but still lost another pound in my fifth week! When I have a “splurge day” and go to a restaurant, I find myself still making wise choices because I don’t want to go back to how I was feeling before! It’s just become automatic! Great program! Highly recommended!!"  -- Amy Swing

" My 30 days finishes on Monday so I don't have quantitative results in yet except for last week's weight, in which I was down 9 pounds. As you and Robin have said from my various posts, I feel empowered. My desires for certain "bad" foods is all but gone. "Good food" tastes better than before and this program integrates into my erratic schedule just fine.

I am now wearing pants and sweaters I haven't been able to get into for over 2 years and that happened in less than a month. Whereas most diets say "this isn't a diet, it's a lifestyle change" only for us to fall off the wagon as soon as we "finish" them, THIS program really does change you, all for the better. As an experienced dieter who has done just about every weird thing to come down the pike, it's a relief to know I'm finally done traveling down the mass diet road. This one is the end all of diet mania! Thanks to the creators of this program and to the coaches on this site who are excellent educators!" --Sue Larimer

"Entering the last week, Ordered my supplies from Sharise and will continue another 30 days. Lost about 12 lbs. and actually got into my size 8/10 jeans again. Yea!!!I am actually really enjoying this new attitude and feeling. Exercising more and changing up my exercise routine.  My whole outlook on health has changed. More energy , sleeping better and more self aware of what I am eating. I've gotten more into exercising. I use to just do it but now I am really amping it up.I do have to thank Sharise for asking me to do this.I recommend this to anyone who wants to lose weight."  --Sherry Paleta

"Just finished 30 days. Went from 143 to 134 and lost 7 inches. Was on vacation out of the country for two weeks during this and struggled a little, but only a little to stay on the diet throughout. Not sure I would do that again, but am thrilled I did because the results are wonderful."  --Mary Lou Langenhop

"I am now ready to get my BMI score down into the average range. As I am moving into my second 30 Days 2 FIT session, I have a great understanding of my body and hunger (or lack of hunger) and how to look at what I put in my mouth. Also last week I realized I often did not follow the knowledge that I KNOW because I had a fear of being hungry. This clean and healthy easy plan works and keeps you full of energy!" --Patty Shackleford

"This is the easiest thing I have done...down 12 lbs, no cravings, knee not reacting to this cold snap." --Stephanie Lowe

"I am loving 30 Days 2 Fit! I'm eating well~getting hungry at appropriate times and not feeling deprived of anything. I've completely cut dairy out which is amazing to me since I've felt somewhat addicted milk and cheese. I've not felt like I've had to give up sugar because that wasn't much of an issue before, but I'm amazed that I don't miss the bread!  I'm usually getting just one shake per day for breakfast. Ive been finding time for meals at lunch and dinner and my tea in the afternoon is very satisfying and filling…"--Lisa Todd

"When I started 30 days to fit, I wanted to figure out why I was so tired all the time. After doing the program, I have found that I have gluten sensitivity and am lactose intolerant, which contributes to my lack of energy throughout the day. The 30 days to fit program really helped me regain my energy, I am now sleeping better through the night, and I have dropped 17 pounds in the process. My wife and I have enjoyed doing the program so much that we will be continuing 30 days to fit. We have even applied the same principles to our children’s diets, the majority of the time. It isn’t a diet, it’s a lifestyle change in body and mind. And these lifestyle benefits are addicting in all the right ways!" -- Sam, 28

Karen Hall, gently encouraged her husband to start the 30days2fit program.  She didn't push him, just let him go at his own pace.  He started Jan 7, 2013 and had a Drs appt last week.  The first letter is what he was able to find out that day, the second letter lists the lab results.

Gabe, thanks for starting 30days2fit AND thank you for sharing you incredible success with us. We are so happy for you!

1st Letter:
I have been a diabetic for almost 23 years. I have suffered 2 heart attacks each requiring stints. I have monitored my glucose levels for years. I treat with an endocrinologist, and am insulin dependent. I use Lantus (slow acting insulin), and a fast acting insulin, Novolog. Prior to January 7, 2013, I was dosing the Lantus at 190 units a day, and 30 units of Novolog daily.

My blood glucose levels have averaged 278 for the three months ending 12-31-12. My A-1-c-a level has been as high as 11.4, and was 10.2 in December, 2012.

I began the 30days2fit 30 day for Fitness on January 7, 2013. The results have been very dramatic. I would go so far as to say amazing. My test results for February 7, 2013 were almost unbelievable. My blood glucose was 102, and my A-1-c-a was 7.6. My doctor was amazed.

In addition to the excellent turn around in my blood glucose, I no longer experience bloating of the stomach, and have energy. I also have decreased my insulin use by 50%. At this rate, my doctor believes that I might be able to reduce my insulin further.

I have very positive results from using the 30days2fit program. I believe that I will experience further positive results from the program.

I can recommend the 30days2fit 30 Day 2 Fit program based on my personal experience.

--Gabriel Hall

2nd Letter:
I just got my lab report back and I am amazed! All of my test results show either a dramatic improvement, or they have moved in the right direction.

Most notable is my lipid profile.  My total cholesterol is 123, dropping from 208.   My triglycerides dropped to 88 from 218.  HDL improved significantly from 31 to 40, and my LDL moved from 178 to 74. Another improvement was my blood pressure which averaged 188/96, and is now averaging 123/77.

I can only attribute my improved health to participating in the "30 Days 2 Fit" program by 30days2fit. After several years of heavy medication use to improve my cholesterol and other blood profile results, only to see slight changes, the 30days2fit program has made a believer of me. I am feeling better, have more energy, and my junk food cravings have disappeared.   I no longer desire diet soda, and haven't wanted sweets since I started the program.

My weight is dropping slowly. I have only lost a few pounds but I feel healthy. My 30days2fit experience is very positive and I can recommend the 30 Day 2 Fit program.

I thank  my wife for sharing this 30days2fit program with me.

--Gabriel Hall

"Sorry it's taken me so long to post! I have finished my 30 days and I lost 6 lbs and 5 inches, my belly is flatter and my Asthma is so much better! I'm so thankful for the program and will continue with a lot of what I learned! Thanks Dawn & Robin for coaching me thru this and for all the wonderful friends who posted recipes and encouragement! This is the best thing I have ever done for myself!!" --Carla Guinee

"Day 1 for me and Aleesa. Together we dedicated it as a fast to the Lord and we asked for his help to stick to it! This is our 2nd detox and I can attest to the fact that it jump starts a healthy lifestyle! The last one we did was back in May/June 2012, and we've both maintained our weight loss and even more! Thanks to God! He is so kind to help us when ever we ask. God is so kind:-)"  --Cindy Heinz

"After 30 days, I had lost 14 pounds and 2 inches in my upper chest and chest area, 4 in. in my waist and 3.5 inches in my hips. I feel better than I have in a long time. My thinking is clearer and I am able to stay focused now. Surprisingly, I haven't craved chocolate and I am not hungry. When I do get hungry, it is because it is my scheduled time to eat. I am continuing a second round of 30 days and am allowing myself one cheat day a week as I still want to have pizza and an occasional piece of chocolate. (reeses peanut butter cups :)) Thanks for the encouragement, direction, and recipes that have helped tremendously." -- Trudy Ward

"I don't have numbers or pictures to share, but this is my experience with 30Days2 Fit: Although I am only 33, I have been diagnosed with a lot of awful stuff: severe allergies, depression, PMDD, high cholesterol, borderline high blood pressure, pre-Diabetes, obesity, (& I feel I should share that I am both a RN and a Certified Diabetes Educator, someone "in the know"), asthma, eczema, gluten intolerance - good grief! Those are just the things with names! Lots of other random ailments, like little red bumps all over my body, hair in places there shouldn't be, random aches & pains, headaches ALL the time, no energy... This may sound extreme, but there have been times, before starting 30 Days, when I could FEEL myself dying. This slow, painful, torturous decline that I knew was going to end in premature death without some miracle.

I was doing a lot of the "right" things, I thought, following my own advice, taking a lot of pills, inhalers, prescription creams, going to the gym, eating "health foods" like low fat items, Lean Cuisines, Weight Watchers meals, counting points, and I was not getting better. In fact, I was getting Worse. Month by month - horrible side effects from meds, worsening depression, no longer working a job, more isolated, less productive, almost completely hopeless and worn out - by 33! To add further insult, my marriage was circling the drain, & so was my beautiful, precious, 8 year-old daughter. My husband couldn't deal with slowly losing his beautiful, vibrant, take-charge wife. And I could hardly care anymore, about anything.

Writing all this, even now, is SO painful, to recall, how I was crawling by... But now comes the happy part (finally!)Thanks to 30days2Fit, I have increased energy levels, clearer skin, (eczema is almost completely disappeared), mysterious red bumps on my arms are gone, my mood is more balanced (off hormones and anti-depressants) and I have zero to little G I issues (God Bless Digestive Plus!!!). I do not have labs to say that cholesterol, BP, etc are better - but I FEEL SO GOOD, I know they must be better, too. (& Now I am not afraid to go to the doctor to find out!). Even better? I am LIVING now, not dying!

My husband has a wife again and my daughter has a mother - not just a shell with a name-tag. I am excited again, I want to do things, to see people, to be and learn and grow and love and do and LIVE LIFE! Nothing means more to me than that feeling. I'm back, Baby!!!If you are reading this and you aren't sure, you feel sad, afraid, angry, lost, hopeless - I'd say that's probably all normal...But, you CAN do it. If it is about money - what is worth more than your health and your very life itself? It is possible. You can't afford NOT to do this. One final thing to remember: You are never alone on this trip! This is an amazing community of people and we will be here for you all the way. You CAN do it, but ONLY if you START! Best wishes as you start your journey!" --Amanda Kelly
