|"I was your classic fast, fake, cheap food consumer, if I could add water and microwave it, I was good. My veggies came from the lettuce on my burgers. It didn't help that I was in the Air Force, constantly yo-yo dieting and hurting my body from not continuously exercising. I tried every diet known to man, pills, and no carbs to chalky shakes. Well, towards the last months of my enlistment I got sick and when I say sick I mean, my blood tests came back all super high and in the red. Karen Hall, gently encouraged her husband to start the 30days2fit program. She didn't push him, just let him go at his own pace. He started Jan 7, 2013 and had a Drs appt last week. The first letter is what he was able to find out that day, the second letter lists the lab results.

I have been a diabetic for almost 23 years. I have suffered 2 heart attacks each requiring stints. I have monitored my glucose levels for years. I treat with an endocrinologist, and am insulin dependent. I use Lantus (slow acting insulin), and a fast acting insulin, Novolog. Prior to January 7, 2013, I was dosing the Lantus at 190 units a day, and 30 units of Novolog daily.
My blood glucose levels have averaged 278 for the three months ending 12-31-12. My A-1-c-a level has been as high as 11.4, and was 10.2 in December, 2012.
I began the 30days2fit 30 day for Fitness on January 7, 2013. The results have been very dramatic. I would go so far as to say amazing. My test results for February 7, 2013 were almost unbelievable. My blood glucose was 102, and my A-1-c-a was 7.6. My doctor was amazed.
In addition to the excellent turn around in my blood glucose, I no longer experience bloating of the stomach, and have energy. I also have decreased my insulin use by 50%. At this rate, my doctor believes that I might be able to reduce my insulin further.
I have very positive results from using the 30days2fit program. I believe that I will experience further positive results from the program.

I just got my lab report back and I am amazed! All of my test results show either a dramatic improvement, or they have moved in the right direction.
Most notable is my lipid profile. My total cholesterol is 123, dropping from 208. My triglycerides dropped to 88 from 218. HDL improved significantly from 31 to 40, and my LDL moved from 178 to 74. Another improvement was my blood pressure which averaged 188/96, and is now averaging 123/77.
I can only attribute my improved health to participating in the "30 Days 2 Fit" program by 30days2fit. After several years of heavy medication use to improve my cholesterol and other blood profile results, only to see slight changes, the 30days2fit program has made a believer of me. I am feeling better, have more energy, and my junk food cravings have disappeared. I no longer desire diet soda, and haven't wanted sweets since I started the program.
My weight is dropping slowly. I have only lost a few pounds but I feel healthy. My 30days2fit experience is very positive and I can recommend the 30 Day 2 Fit program.

"I don't have numbers or pictures to share, but this is my experience with 30Days2 Fit: Although I am only 33, I have been diagnosed with a lot of awful stuff: severe allergies, depression, PMDD, high cholesterol, borderline high blood pressure, pre-Diabetes, obesity, (& I feel I should share that I am both a RN and a Certified Diabetes Educator, someone "in the know"), asthma, eczema, gluten intolerance - good grief! Those are just the things with names! Lots of other random ailments, like little red bumps all over my body, hair in places there shouldn't be, random aches & pains, headaches ALL the time, no energy... This may sound extreme, but there have been times, before starting 30 Days, when I could FEEL myself dying. This slow, painful, torturous decline that I knew was going to end in premature death without some miracle.
I was doing a lot of the "right" things, I thought, following my own advice, taking a lot of pills, inhalers, prescription creams, going to the gym, eating "health foods" like low fat items, Lean Cuisines, Weight Watchers meals, counting points, and I was not getting better. In fact, I was getting Worse. Month by month - horrible side effects from meds, worsening depression, no longer working a job, more isolated, less productive, almost completely hopeless and worn out - by 33! To add further insult, my marriage was circling the drain, & so was my beautiful, precious, 8 year-old daughter. My husband couldn't deal with slowly losing his beautiful, vibrant, take-charge wife. And I could hardly care anymore, about anything.
Writing all this, even now, is SO painful, to recall, how I was crawling by... But now comes the happy part (finally!)Thanks to 30days2Fit, I have increased energy levels, clearer skin, (eczema is almost completely disappeared), mysterious red bumps on my arms are gone, my mood is more balanced (off hormones and anti-depressants) and I have zero to little G I issues (God Bless Digestive Plus!!!). I do not have labs to say that cholesterol, BP, etc are better - but I FEEL SO GOOD, I know they must be better, too. (& Now I am not afraid to go to the doctor to find out!). Even better? I am LIVING now, not dying!
My husband has a wife again and my daughter has a mother - not just a shell with a name-tag. I am excited again, I want to do things, to see people, to be and learn and grow and love and do and LIVE LIFE! Nothing means more to me than that feeling.
